Katie Conley
Katie Conley is a designer and illustrator who believes every bride deserves a moment of pure magic—the kind where your dream dress goes from a spark in your heart to a sketch you can hold in your hands. With a degree in fashion design from Parsons School of Design, one of the world’s most prestigious fashion institutions, and a BFA in Fine Arts, Katie brings a rare blend of technical craftsmanship, artistic intuition, and heartfelt collaboration to every gown she helps create.
She began her career in New York City, working hands-on with designers and co-founding a clothing and accessories brand that was carried by boutiques and prominent department stores nationwide, including Macy’s. Designing custom garments for real women taught Katie the importance of fit, movement, and expressing personality through design—insights she now brings to each bridal moment.
As a designer consultant at THE ONE, Katie listens deeply and translates each bride’s inspiration into one-of-a-kind dress concepts that honor movement, emotion, and story. She doesn’t just illustrate a gown—she captures the visual story of love, and the pure joy of saying yes to a vision that is uniquely your own.

Andra Jones is a designer specializing in bridal gowns, eveningwear, and women’s apparel. Known for her refined feminine aesthetic and meticulous craftsmanship, she blends technical precision with storytelling through design.
With over a decade of experience in the fashion industry, Andra has held leadership roles including Creative Director at Kingdom & State, shaping collections that balance modern femininity with timeless appeal.
Her work spans custom bridal design, couture eveningwear, and contemporary womenswear, with hands-on expertise in garment construction and fit. As a couture bridal consultant, she has guided brides to gowns that reflect their personal style and story. Andra’s designs, including a ten-piece evening gown collection debuted at Utah Fashion Week, showcase her commitment to detail and artistry.

Absolutely! We recommend visiting local boutiques to try on different silhouettes and styles. This helps you understand what you love and what feels best on your body. Our designers will then review your preferences with you, discuss which options suit you most, and provide personalized guidance as you begin your custom design journey.
Selecting the perfect materials is a collaborative process. To get you started, our complimentary starter kit includes curated fabric samples and material insights to help you discover styles you'll love. Our AI-powered design tool also lets you visualize options with lifelike renderings. Finally, during your consultation, our designers provide personalized guidance on textures, durability, and finishes tailored to your space.
Most custom gowns are delivered to your home within 3–5 months after finalizing the dress design. If you have a closer deadline, please contact us about an expedited request; we’d be happy to check our current capacity for a quicker turnaround and delivery.
Because each gown is custom-made to your unique measurements and design specifications, we do not offer traditional returns. However, your happiness is our priority.
If you feel your dress isn’t quite “the one,” you may return it within 7 days of delivery and choose one of the following options:
• 50% cash refund, or
• 70% store credit toward a new custom design—giving us a second chance to create the dream dress you’ll love.
For remake orders, we will also expedite the production process to ensure a smoother and faster experience.
Yes, we highly recommend planning for professional alterations. While a custom-made dress provides a much better fit than an off-the-rack size, every bride’s body is unique and may naturally change between the time of ordering and the wedding day. A final fitting with a local tailor allows for precise adjustments, fine-tunes the details, and ensures you feel completely comfortable and confident on your big day.
